Adorn the Bay is just that — a community-driven initiative led by Adorn Murals™ and The AMPD Project, aimed at helping to revitalize Tampa Bay area businesses, non-profits and municipal facilities that have been damaged or destroyed by recent hurricanes. The initiative seeks to raise an initial goal of $50,000 to fund 5-10 custom murals at no cost to those selected. These murals will not only beautify spaces, but also help generate foot traffic and inspire community pride by turning walls into symbols of resilience and recovery.
Those selected will be involved in their mural design process, ensuring each mural reflects their unique brand and story.
The initiative also seeks to employ talented muralists, with a special focus on hiring muralists from Florida and North Carolina, who have been displaced or are out of work due to recent storm impact. By engaging artists from across the country, including those affected by displacement, the project aims to provide both economic opportunity for these artists and foster a network of muralists dedicated to bringing healing and renewal through art. This initiative not only restores beauty, but also helps restore livelihoods.
All donations are tax deductible and will be collected by The AMPD Project 501(c)(3)
The ADORN MURALS team is driven by a mission to bring beauty, connection, and healing to communities through art. They desire to transform spaces in ways that inspire, uplift, and tell a meaningful story. They believe that art has the power to bridge gaps, celebrate diversity, and create places where people feel seen and valued. This mission is not just about adding color to walls; it’s about creating spaces that resonate emotionally and reflect the unique spirit of the communities they serve.
During the lifetime of the initiative, Jessica commits to donating 10% of Adorn’s earnings to the Adorn the Bay mural initiative.
